Due to the nature of digital products, Mangaextra cannot issue a refund once the files have been accessed and downloaded. Situations that meet a certain criteria such as duplicate orders will be granted a refund. Nothing contained herein shall be interpreted or construed as approving a refund or an obligation to refund an order by Mangaextra. 

If an issue does arise we work all customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase and come to a resolution with them.
