All mangaextra Presets are an instant download. Once you checkout your order is sent via email. You will be able to instantly download your Presets.

I was charged but didn’t get a download email?

Sometimes the download email goes to your Promotions or Spam folders and not your main inbox. If you check both those locations there could be an error with your email address. You can contact us Here and we can locate your order email for you.

How Many Times Can I Download My Product After Purchase?

Your purchased products will be permanent. There is no expiry date.

What Lightroom requirements do I need to get started?

Our preset packs work with Adobe Lightroom 4, Lightroom 5, and Lightroom CC/Lightroom CC 2016 and Adobe Camera Raw If you have any issues with using or installing your presets please read the instruction guide PDF which will be delivered to you during your purchase.

Do presets run on Mac and Win?

All of our actions and presets are fully compatible with PC and Mac.
